Absolutely not! The chefs will show you step-by-step how to best prepare the recipes – without a multitude of spices whizzing around your head. The masterclasses are suitable for any level. With each masterclass, you can download a workbook with a clear step-by-step plan, space for notes and a handy shopping list. The culinary recipes are made with everyday ingredients which you can get at the local supermarket and stores.
During each masterclass, you’ll be delving into the world of cooking together with a world-class Michelin star chef. You’ll learn how to poach an egg and how to make a magnificent risotto (which will suddenly seem incredibly simple as you’ll be able to copy Ron Blaauw).
Each masterclass consists of 1-4+ hours of video content which is split up into 10-15 individual videos, each lasting approximately 10 minutes.

You can watch the masterclasses from any device (like your smartphone, tablet, laptop and television), as long as you are connected to the internet.
With a Google Chromecast you can easily stream the masterclasses from your device to your television. You will need the Google Home app for this. A second option is to choose the ‘casting’ option (click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser) from Google Chrome. Option 3 is to connect your laptop to the television with a HDMI cable.

We are constantly renewing our content with new chefs, recipes and techniques! We may sometimes need to replace a masterclass with new content, for example if one particular one isn’t sufficiently viewed. If this is the case, we will always inform you well in advance.
You can download the Cheflix app from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
The Cheflix app can only be used if you have a valid Cheflix membership. If you are new to Cheflix, you can start your 14-day free trial by signing up here. You can then easily download the Cheflix app and get started afterwards.
The Cheflix app is 100% free. You will be able to use the app as long as you have a valid Cheflix membership. The app is available for all Cheflix membership plans.
Click on the profile icon in the top right of the navigation bar. Under ‘Settings’, you have the ability to switch between English and Dutch. Other languages are not supported.
The Cheflix app requires an active internet connection in order to get access to all recipes, videos and masterclasses. Aside from the digital workbooks, it is not yet possible to download recipes and videos for offline use.
If you have an Apple device, you can easily cast your video content from within the video player. Unfortunately, casting is not yet supported on Android devices. Please head over to the website through your browser to cast videos.

You can watch all Cheflix masterclasses for free during the 14 days trial. We ask you to pay a one-time verification fee of € 0.02 to start your trial period.
If you’re happy with Cheflix, you don’t need to do anything: your trial period will be automatically converted to an annual subscription. You can easily cancel your membership at any time on your profile page. If you cancel within the 14 day trial period, you can keep watching until the trial period ends and you will not be charged.
A Cheflix subscription is available starting from € 3.99 p/m to € 7.99 p/m. The first year will be billed as an annual fee (€ 47.88). Cheflix can be cancelled on a monthly basis after the first year. Your membership will give you unlimited access to all masterclasses, and there’s more:

If you have a voucher code, you can redeem this in step 3 of the registration process. After choosing a payment method, you will see ‘+ Add voucher code’. Fill in your the voucher code you received and click on ‘Redeem’ to apply your voucher. Any discounts or deals are automatically applied.
Your Cheflix membership is valid for 12 months, after which a one month notice period applies. You can easily cancel your subscription on our website, on the ‘My account’ page.

At the moment it is not possible to change a Cheflix subscription to another subscription (for example: switching from Cheflix Standard to Cheflix Premium) during a subscription period.
It is possible to cancel your current subscription in order to prevent your subscription from automatically renewing. After your subscription has expired, you may manually select the subscription of your choice.
You can easily change your payment details of choice from your profile page. You may find the option under the section ‘Subscription’.
To verify your new payment method, we ask for a small verification fee.
